MagnaCare Loves Their Neighbors

When MagnaCare committed to their roots, they committed to becoming the region’s best healthcare advocate. With that commitment in mind, MagnaCare is giving back to their neighbors through the Adopt-A-Highway programs of New York State, New York Long Island and New Jersey. By keeping the highways in the neighborhood clean, MagnaCare is inspiring clean and healthy living in its communities.

More focused, more agile, more in touch. We decided that while other companies scrambled to cover more lives in more states, we’d offer thoughtful health plan solutions and an unmatched provider network to our own neighbors.

We sincerely thank MagnaCare on behalf of its communities and neighborhoods for doing their part in being a socially responsible company!

Chula Vista Nature Center Becomes Our First Sponsor on South Bay Expressway

We are proud to announce our first sponsor on the South Bay Expressway in Southern California. Chula Vista Nature Center shows its support for our environment by keeping the Expressway clean. The 10-mile South Bay Expressway takes you to the places you want to go. Beginning at SR-905 in Otay Mesa, the Expressway provides fast and convenient access to and from Mexico and communities across San Diego County.

The Chula Vista Nature Center is a living, breathing, flapping, buzzing and splashing home to the unique animals and plants of Southern California. 6 miles south of downtown San Diego, the Nature Center sits on the 316-acre Sweetwater Marsh National Wildlife Refuge.

The Nature Center is not a natural history museum. Rescued birds thrive at exhibits like Raptor Row and Eagle Mesa. Owls, pelicans, gnatcatchers and eagles are just a few of our resident native birds.

The Chula Vista Nature Center is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing environmental education on coastal resource conservation, and instilling a respect for nature and wildlife in people of all ages.

We do this by providing interactive wildlife learning experiences. Our curators and volunteer docents introduce guests to the way our native creatures live in their natural habitats.
